These are sleights that can only be used by Riku in Reverse/Rebirth.
Riku can only use 1 of his Sleights when he isn't in Dark Mode. That sleight is Mm Miricle.

Map Cards...
Map Cards are used to form new rooms. To form a new room go infront of a door and hit the A button to hit the door with your keyblade. There are 4 types of Map cards. Red,Blue,Green and Gold. You can only have 99 map cards. After that they wont appear.
The D report is basically the Revese/Rebirth Version of the Journal. But, Unlike the Journal it leaves out many key things like the map cards. It is also missing a story for each world because there is no story for each world in Revese/Rebirth.
