Story...
The story begins on Destiny Islands, a place where Sora and his friends spend time having fun, battling one another, and talking of far-off places. The story takes a turn the night before Sora, Riku, and Kairi prepare to leave the islands. As time passes, Sora finds himself alone pitted against some sort of shadow creatures, the Heartless. After that night, he finds himself alone in a place called Traverse Town, where he must begin his quest to find his friends, Riku and Kairi. Meanwhile, King Mickey has gone missing. Two of his most loyal subjects, Goofy and Donald, set out in search for their King. They're quest leads them to Traverse Town, in search of Leon. When the city is attacked by the Heartless, Donald and Goofy encounter Sora, and must join forces with him to stop their foes. Shortly after, the group discovers Sora is the true Keyblade Master, and that their journey has only yet begun. As the plot unfolds the three of them find that they must travel from world to world sealing the Keyholes to prevent the Heartless from entering. In the end, Sora must defeat the man who controls the Heartless, Ansem.
