Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ is a game by SQUARE ENIX and DISNEY INTERACTIVE on the Playstation®2 computer entertainment system. It is a refined version of Kingdom Hearts II, with new heartless, new characters, and new quests. It has only come out for Japan, and US PS2s need to be modded to be able to use.

If you order this game from Japan, it will be bundled up with a Japanese Kingdom Hearts: RE: Chain of Memories CD, the original Chain of Memories PS2 remake. Final Mix+ has to have a finished save file in order to unlock some special bonus items in the Kingdom Hearts: RE: Chain of Memories game like the Roxas card and some other bonus cards
