Map Cards KH CoM

Map cards are necessary for advancement through the rooms of each level. All doors are automatically sealed when you enter a world. Map cards allow you to unseal these doors. Each map card has a value that varies, from 0 to 9. Doors can only be unsealed by numbers with a corresponding value. For example, suppose a door has a value of seven or higher. Any card valued at seven, eight, or nine would be able to open the door. Zeroes can open doors that require general values (seven or higher/seven or lower). Some doors require specific values. If you see a number (say a 4) with an "=" sign next to it, then that means the card you use must be valued at exactly four. Special doors tend to require multiple cards to be played, often with the value and the color (red, green, or blue) to be considered. Map cards do not only have variable values and colors; they have unique effects that determine how the room behind the door will be. Below is a list of all the cards in the game and what they do.


Tranquil Darkness Iulius.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: Creates a room of average size, with an average amount of Heartless.
Teeming Darkness Teeming-Darkness.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: Creates a room with many Heartless.
Feeble Darkness Feeble-Darkness.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: Creates a room where the card values of all Heartless are decreased by 2.
Almighty Darkness Almighty-Darkness.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: Creates a room where the card values of all Heartless are increased by 2.
Sleeping Darkness Sleeping-Darkness.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: This will make a room where all Heartless will be asleep at the start of battle.
Looming Darkness Looming-Darkness.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: This makes a room where all the Heartless will pursue you vigorously.
Premium Room Premium-Room.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: Heartless can randomly drop Premium bonuses at the end of battle.
White Room White-Room.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: This creates a room with White Mushroom Heartless.
Black Room Black-Room.png
Color/Effect: Red/Affects Heartless
Description: This creates a room with Black Fungus Heartless.


Martial Waking Martial-Waking.png
Color/Effect: Green/Affects Player
Description: All of your attack cards receive a 2-point bonus.
Sorcerous Waking Sorcerous-Waking.png
Color/Effect: Green/Affects Player
Description: This card makes a room where all your magic cards receive a 2-point growth.
Alchemic Waking Alchemic-Waking.png
Color/Effect: Green/Affects Player
Description: This will make a room that gives your item cards a 2-point growth.
Meeting Ground Meeting-Ground.png
Color/Effect: Green/Affects Player
Description: This room makes a friend card appear at the start of battle.
Stagnant Space Stagnant-Space.png
Color/Effect: Green/Affects Player
Description: Heartless move at half their normal speed, making them easier to avoid.
Strong InitiativeStrong-Initiative.png
Color/Effect: Green/Affects Player
Description: Striking first in this room inflicts heavy damage on your enemies.
Lasting Daze Lasting-Daze.png
Color/Effect: Green/Affects Player
Description: Striking first causes Heartless who appear later in battle to be stunned.


Calm Bounty Calm-Bounty.png
Color/Effect: Blue/Affects Room
Description: Makes a room with treasure and no Heartless.
Guarded Trove Guarded-Trove.png
Color/Effect: Blue/Affects Room
Description: This card makes a room with treasure that is protected by Heartless.
False Bounty False-Bounty.png
Color/Effect: Blue/Affects Room
Description: This is a room where just one chest has treasure; the others have Heartless.
Moment's Reprieve Moment's-Reprieve.png
Color/Effect: Blue/Affects Room
Description: This creates a room with a save point.
Moogle Room Moogle-Room.png
Color/Effect: Blue/Affects Room
Description: This creates a room with a Moogle shop to buy and sell cards.
Mingling Worlds Mingling-Worlds.png
Color/Effect: Blue/Affects Room
Description: A room where anything could happen.
