Pete
From Kingdom Hearts - Wiki on Neoseeker
Pete is a villain who originated in the cartoon "Steamboat Willie". He is a villain that appears in many of the worlds in KH2, and although he has big plans, he never really knows what he is doing, much unlike his "boss" Maleficent. Pete will travel from world to world building an army of Heartless for Maleficent and Maleficent brings back a few of the bosses from the first game, such as Jafar and Oogie Boogie. Although, he doesn't appear in Kingdom Hearts, or Kingdom Hearts: Chain Of Memories, he does make his big debut in Kingdom Hearts II Also, there's a miniature twist in Maleficent and Pete's behavior near the end in The World That Never Was. One exciting moment of Pete's journey, is in Timeless River when he comes across "himself" from his old days as Capt'n Pete from Steamboat Willie. After this meeting, they begin to fight which is where Sora comes in to help Capt'n Pete.
